Here’s a very special class for the young ones. Especially created by Wilton, this Christmas themed cup cake class is designed to give young decorators a taste of the real, professional thing! Lara Franklin, our fully qualified Wilton Instructor, explains and teaches students how to correctly ice cupcakes, how to work with fondant, the basic techniques of using a piping bag & piping nozzles and decorating with cut outs. Great skills and a wonderful introduction for your young cook to the joys of decorating. It’s lots of fun and inspires creativity and imagination to the max! Once you know how, you'll be able to make your own Aussie Xmas cup cakes this year!  Please bring along an apron to keep clothes clean.
