Pasta making is one of the great joys of family cooking and communal eating ...and it’s a great way to introduce young cooks to the pleasures of making fabulous food at home! In this 2 hour, hands on class with Mary your junior master chef will learn about weighing and measuring ingredients, how to make pasta dough and learn the laminating process using a pasta machine. The laminated pasta sheets will then be turned into spaghetti, to be eaten at the end of the class with a yummy Napoli sauce! Please bring along an apron to keep clothes clean!
