WOK STIR FRY : TECHNIQUE AND SAUCES 

Do your stir-fry’s seem more like stews, or you just can’t get that nice balance of crisp vegies with appropriately cooked meat?  Come to our Cleanskin Simply Stir-Fry class and discover how to properly utilize a wok and produce mouth-watering, fresh and healthy stir-fry.  In this 3 hour, fully hands on class with Diana you will learn and practice first hand the basic food prep and stir-fry technique.  You will find that the wok is not only an efficient cooking vessel,  it’s also a versatile one!  Even if you’ve never used one before, you’ll take away technique learnt in this class that will keep you away from the local take away!!  Master the wok and he will become a great friend in your kitchen.

In this 3 hour session Diana will teach you a basic meat and vegetable stir-fry that will become the foundation for making your own stir-fry combinations. With an understanding of the correct technique you will have the confidence to create your own sensational Stir Fry dishes. You will learn about the basic sauces to use, the ingredients to choose and how to slice and order these to get the best outcome in the wok.  Diana will also show you how to make a stir-fry noodle dish along with a simple, sensational Teriyaki sauce.
