Gnocchi is not for the faint hearted! Great gnocchi (like Nonna made) needs a good grasp of the technique, and takes practice and patience to perfect. In addition to potato, Gnocchi can be made from semolina, ordinary wheat flour, bread crumbs and more. So, those with food allergies can adapt gnocchi recipes to suit. Gnocchi can be flavoured with a multitude of delicious ingredients - from spinach and ricotta, to pumpkin, parmesan and sage. Served with a scrumptious sauce, light and delicate Gnocchi makes a marvellous meal, or start to any meal. With Brian you will learn the correct technique for Gnocchi and you'll discover a number of variations that will fire your imagination and inspire you knock-up knock-out Gnocchi in your own kitchen!
