In this special project class with Lara you will make, shape and bake a batch of cookies. You will then decorate the cookies in a theme using fondant, icing colours and cutters, and then display them in a theme. In this 2 hour session you will learn some basic Wilton cake decorating skills to create an individual theme presentation, and take your project home to enjoy. Learn all about making cookies on sticks, decorating them and assembling them into a spectacular ‘bouquet’ arrangement that makes a memorable gift. There will be recipe notes for you to take home.
